Heartwood Rental – Remodel
The property owner lives in San Antonio and needed some help with her situation. We worked out a deal that would benefit both of us and the current renters.
The renters moved out for a week and I went to work:
- Removed existing floors & trim
- Painted all walls & ceilings
- Replaced appliances
- Fixed tile & faucet in bathroom
- Installed new floors & trim
